I used to hate pink. I thought it was too girly and I didn't want to be like other girls.
I liked going barefoot and getting sandy and sticking my feet in every bit of water I could find.
I thought this made me a better girl than those wearing pink because I thought that people who wore make up were vain and weren't focusing on the important things in life.
